We seek people who:
• Analyze and develop strategies to correct and reduce customer chargebacks, positively influencing bottom-line results
• Maintain strong partnerships with external compliance and logistics vendors and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions to compliance issues
• Manage customer compliance projects from planning and initiation through implementation and closure, assuming accountability for project results
• Act as a subject matter expert, representing customer-specific requirements and value-added services, identifying impact on business processes and systems
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet and exceed performance goals, providing feedback, coaching and development
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years SAP experience required
• 1+ years logistics compliance experience required
• Ability to prioritize tasks & projects and effectively meet deadlines
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills
• Strong sense of curiosity and patience for solving complex issues
• Highly self-directed, able to confidently take the lead
