We seek someone who has a passion for translating technical knowledge into actionable solutions to support our customers to join our Logistics Information Systems team.
Located at our Tejon, CA distribution center, this position is excellent opportunity for someone emerging in their technology-focused career.
We seek people who:
• Ensure all system hardware, software and websites continuously operate at optimal performance
• Effectively communicate with corporate IT teams and third-party resources to cooperatively identify, analyze, troubleshoot and track system issues
• Provide a high level of customer service to meet client needs and resolve issues timely and accurately
• Utilize client feedback to improve services, meet commitments and drive process improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills, providing innovative solutions and system modifications to address and reduce customer issues
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, or related field
• 0-3 years’ experience
• Self-motivated with ability to identify and implement new methods and processes
• Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
