We seek an experienced and collaborative designer with a passion for transforming business strategy into creative content to join our Creative team.

We seek people who:
• Develop the timely design of creative marketing materials, assets and features that meet brand design standards.
• Creates work that is thoughtful, impactful and relevant to the overall brand strategy aesthetic
• Coordinates with creative director and design manager to ensure design and photography needs are clear and executed at the highest level; at various stages review projects with creative and marketing teams
• Continually research and understand brand competitive environment
We seek people with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or any other Art related degree
• 3 - 5+ years web or graphic design experience at an Advertising Agency preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skill in visual design, typography, and composition (Photography experience a plus)
• Highly motivated, continually presenting new ideas and best practices
• Collaborative with strong partnering skills and ability to prioritize multiple competing demands
• REQUIRED: Mac platform, Adobe Creative Suite 5 or above (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, Web/interactive experience
