We seek people who:
• Deliver high-quality user experiences for our consumers on each of our branded e-commerce sites
• Provide ongoing analysis and presentation of UX findings and outcomes to key stakeholders
• Ensure research-based solutions to consumer problems, effectively implementing solutions through wireframes, mockups and prototyping
• Continually advance personalization to improve relevance for individual consumers and customer segments
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design or Computer Science preferred
• 3-5 years experience in user interface design, information architecture and usability testing
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, website & UI design and graphic design principles
• Demonstrated experience in site optimization and A/B testing
• Experience in analytics and reporting suites (Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics)
• Strong background in statistical analysis a plus
• Exceptional project management, communication & collaboration skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch & InVision (Mac)
