We seek an experienced maintenance manager passionate about implementing process improvement and building strong teams to join our Logistics team in Chino, California.

We seek people who:
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of distribution center equipment through quick reaction to breakdowns and proactive preventative maintenance
• Control expenses through ongoing cost comparison, process evaluation and regular monitoring of maintenance forecast and budget
• Provide leadership to maintenance staff, demonstrating a high level of technical expertise and effectively executing safety policy and programs to ensure OSHA compliance
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure adequate inventory and tracking of spare parts, tools and components through local and national vendors
We seek people with these qualifications:
• 5-7 years maintenance technician experience
• 3-5 years leadership experience in an industrial environment
• Technically proficient in mechanical & electrical maintenance
• Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) a plus
• Demonstrated experience leading, developing and training teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without an accommodation
