We seek people who:
• Build strong partnerships with business partners to effectively guide and influence leadership, talent selection, talent retention and performance management practices that align with business objectives and company values
• Consistently share best practices and decision making through counsel to both managers and employees to solve problems and assist with coaching needs
• Plan and proactively problem-solve to support functional and divisional goals
• Develop and implement ongoing improvements of programs, processes and training that support a respectful work environment and high-performing organization
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Legal leadership to develop strategies that provides relevant business solutions, tools and resources to maintain legal compliance and positively shape the Associate experience
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years human resources or retail leadership experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in Visio & Microsoft Access preferred
• Strong understanding of employment law, regulations, policies and practices, including Title VII, ADA, ADAAA & FMLA
