We seek people who:
• Direct the design and development of creative materials – including digital assets, print advertising, catalogs, in-store signage and video – in support of brand image and target audience
• Provide Creative team clear communication, leadership and motivation to produce high-level graphic and digital solutions
• Achieve brand marketing objectives, ensuring assets are created on time and within budget
• Collaborate with Creative Director to manage the budget and selection of production manager, photographers, models, stylists and product styling for all photo shoots
• Direct international use of imagery and creative solutions to ensure a consistent global look for the Naturalizer brand
• Support leadership through the design and development of new business initiatives and presentations
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art or Marketing preferred
• 7+ years advertising agency or retail creative department experience
• 5+ years leadership and people management experience
• Demonstrated skill communicating strategy, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Ability to communicate thoughts and creative concepts to clients and management
• Current in the latest consumer style and fashion trends
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign CS4 & CS5 (Mac)
