We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about developing strong partnerships and acting as a trusted advisor to support our Allen Edmonds manufacturing team in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop strong partnerships with business partners to effectively guide and influence leadership, talent selection, talent retention and performance management practices in alignment with business objectives and company values
• Counsel both managers and associates to solve problems and assist with coaching needs
• Create a reduction in reactive responses through effective planning and proactive problem-solving in support of functional and divisional goals
• Develop, implement and improve programs, processes and training that support a respectful work environment and high-performing organization
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years Human Resources experience
• Experience in a manufacturing, logistics or distribution center environment required
• Fluency in Spanish required
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
