We seek a driven self-starter passionate about understanding our customer and building engaging loyalty programs to join our Famous Footwear Marketing team.

We seek people who:
• Assist in the execution of consumer engagement campaigns for the Famous Footwear loyalty program, including direct mail, in-store and digital
• Manage the creation, testing and reporting of all consumer loyalty offers
• Support loyalty program innovation through ongoing research of competitor activity, new technologies, and consumer and market trends
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Undergraduate junior or senior currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or related field, or recent graduate with a related degree
• Available for a minimum of 12-weeks during the 2019 spring semester
• Curious and driven, looking to grow a career in Marketing
• Self-starter, thriving in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Flexible, organized and detail-oriented
• $15 per hour with flexible schedule
