Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze sales, forecast, inventory and replenishment against plan
• Deliver accurate pricing and timely activation of patterns and SKUs for each season, ensuring sales orders can be placed when needed
• Proactively communicate with relevant business partners to ensure accurate order placement and fulfillment
• Analyze and report on inventory positions to assist Sales team in maximizing inventory management and sell-through opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales and Order Management to resolve customer pricing and order fulfillment issues
• Utilize enterprise planning software (SAP) to enable creation of demand plans and proper purchase requisitions
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination education and experience
• 3+ years experience in Merchandising, Financial or Demand Planning preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong partnering, problem-solving and analytical skills
• SAP or ERP experience preferred
