We seek people who:
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of marketing goals, key performance indicators and sales drivers to ensure insightful planning and identify business opportunities
• Measure and communicate marketing sales and margin projections and post-campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations to drive future success
• Build and maintain an insights-driven marketing culture with a test and learn discipline to drive industry-leading marketing promotions and campaigns
• Manage brand tracker research and ad hoc customer survey projects, providing results summaries to business stakeholders
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years experience in marketing analysis or other analytical, data-oriented role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate key findings to leadership and internal teams
• Collaborative and passionate about providing insights to drive business results
• Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Solid understanding of relevant systems and marketing databases
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
