We seek people who:
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses for accurate setup and maintenance of customer account information
• Maintain strong partnerships with external compliance and logistics vendors and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions to compliance issues
• Identify and communicate actionable information, provide timely problem resolution and ensure current regulatory information and compliance guidance is provided to leadership
• Establish and implement policies, processes and best practices to promote compliance with applicable laws, industry guidelines and regulations
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination education and experience
• 1-3 years SAP experience required
• 2-3 years customer service experience required
• Ability to prioritize tasks and projects and effectively meet deadlines
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong sense of curiosity and patience for solving complex issues
• Highly self-directed, able to confidently take the lead
