We seek someone passionate about improving speed-to-market through full-cycle supply chain operations to join our Sourcing team in St. Louis.

We seek people who:
• Ensure supply chain processes and procedures are efficiently aligned for each operating group, from product design through receipt at the distribution center
• Identify process and system performance issues and opportunities through operational analysis and reporting of key performance indicators
• Successfully implement process, system and productivity improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methods
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years project management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing continuous process improvement initiatives
• Experience in Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
• SAP or ERP experience preferred
• PLM experience a plus
• Ability to travel (10%)
