We seek people who:
• See the world differently and apply statistical and analytic methodology to expose and understand business opportunities and future outcomes
• Are passionate about understanding consumer behavior and merchandising strategies to deliver optimized pricing and assortments to our 1,000 stores.
• Utilize data and insights to drive strategic initiatives and actionable growth strategies for our customer
• Partner with Buyers, Planners, and Marketing teams regarding promotional and merchandising strategies that deliver against our sales, margin, and turn goals.
• Lead exploration of new systems and capabilities to explore business model changes, innovate processes to drive efficiencies
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience managing consumer and/or retail data
• 2+ years managing and leading a team
• Confident, collaborative and able to bridge the gap between technical needs and business strategies
• Proficient in SQL and working knowledge of Oracle or SQL server database
