We seek someone who’s highly collaborative and passionate about process improvement to drive speed and efficiency to join our Supply Chain Operations team in St. Louis.

We seek people who:
• Partner with operating and support teams to define supply chain process and procedure flows
• Prepare and establish operational reporting, key performance indicators and metrics to measure, analyze and identify performance gaps
• Manage relationships with packaging suppliers in partnership with operating leadership
• Manage setup of new packaging components, day-to-day support of packaging supplier issues and daily, weekly and monthly reporting
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years project management experience
• Experience in Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies preferred
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
• SAP or ERP experience required
• PLM experience preferred
• Experience in SAP AFS, SAP BI and Amber Road a plus
