• Ensure all system hardware, software and websites continuously operate at optimal performance
• Effectively communicate with corporate IT teams and third-party resources to cooperatively identify, analyze, troubleshoot and track system issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to meet client needs and resolve technical issues timely and accurately
• Utilize client feedback to improve services and drive process improvement
• Provide innovative solutions and system modifications to address and reduce customer issues
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• Technical support experience preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify and implement new methods and processes
• Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
