• Ensure proper staffing levels within each department while prioritizing labor to essential functions
• Maintain a high level of customer service to achieve quality standards
• Ensure productivity goals and key performance metrics are consistently met
• Promote engagement in core company values through the effective execution of established policies and programs
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 5+ years distribution center experience preferred
• 5+ years leadership experience in roles of increasing responsibility
• Demonstrated experience in structured continuous improvement efforts
• Proactive and highly motivated, holding team accountable for results
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
