We seek people who:
• Protect all company assets, from our associates and customers to merchandise and company brand
• Deliver accurate reporting and tools to make sound operating decisions related to both shrink and operating profit
• Lead the Revenue Management team on generating profit improvement opportunities
• Conduct exception-based reporting software training for corporate and field management to improve operational efficiencies
• Develop tools and utilize technology to drive smart business decisions
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5-7 years retail experience
• Finance or accounting experience preferred
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for process improvement
• Desire to continually grow, learn and refine the position
• POS exception reporting experience a plus
