We seek a results-driven, financial analyst with a passion for driving process, influencing business partners, and improving policy to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team in St Louis.

• Prepares timely and accurate financial plans and forecasts that are appropriately supported by realistic and well-documented assumptions
• Designs and develops relevant analysis over sales, gross margins, controllable operating expenses and key investments (capital spending, inventory, etc.) and initiates appropriate communication and follow-up
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices around forecasting, budgeting and management reporting; as well as automate, where applicable
• Assists in preparation and quality review of informational requests and analysis for use in 10-Q, 10-K, and investor relations materials
• Leads development of consolidated balance sheet and cash flow planning and variance analysis. Includes accumulation and analysis of assumptions related to inventory flows, capital spending and other investments.
• Assure accuracy and integrity of forecasting and budgeting processes
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or MaCC preferred
• 5-7 years’ experience in accounting/financial planning & analysis; multi-division operations preferred
• Strong Business Acumen, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong team-player with demonstrated experience working across functions
• Excellent communication, collaboration and partnering skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Enterprise system experience, particularly related to business planning and analysis (SAP/BPC or related systems experience strongly preferred)
