• Collaborate with business partners to deliver site enhancements and provide technical and process direction to the internal application development team
• Effectively plan and prioritize project and support resources
• Ensure quality of overall site code
• Develop processes, measures and standards for application development
• Define delivery milestones, track progress and regularly communicate results to leadership
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required
• Experience managing technical projects for a large retailer preferred
• Exceptional organizational, partnering and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and apply process and technology solutions to business requirements
• Skilled at influencing team members and effectively selling ideas to achieve results
• Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to operate independently to deliver innovative solutions
• Strong understanding of web application development methodologies
• Experience with .NET and Azure-based platforms
• Knowledge of IT security and regulatory compliance a plus
