We are in search of talented college students looking for an enriching, paid summer internship. This opportunity is located in our corporate office in St. Louis.
We are looking for highly motivated, results-oriented, analytics/ mathematics majors.
As part of our team, you will also connect with other interns, engage in networking and professional development opportunities and work on impactful opportunities vital to the future success of our business.
Our internship will give you the opportunity to:
• Gain practical, hands-on experience in the footwear industry
• Assist in building predictive analytics models to respond to a variety of business needs
• Use consumer data to create consumer profiles, segmentation, and trending analyses, LTV modeling and response analysis
• Work with our Marketing teams to understand their business goals/ objectives
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Customer Analytics/ Mathematics or other related degrees.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Demonstrated leader, driven to take ownership, improve processes and deliver results
• Experience with R and/or Python
• Experience with content management systems a plus.
• Strong problem solving, analytics skills, attention to detail, organization and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
