We seek people who:
• Lead the strategy, planning, development and continuous improvement of an innovative mobile app product to drive sales and loyalty program engagement, from ideation and strategy through design, development and release
• Manage the mobile app experience, working cross-functionally with IT and Marketing teams to develop best-in-class customer journeys and communications strategies
• Utilize consumer, competitor and industry trends and innovations to inform product, feature and journey evolution
• Deliver an exceptional consumer experience through simple, intuitive solutions and engaging mobile app experiences
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related field
• 5+ years experience in software or mobile app product management
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Flexible and adaptable with exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies (iOS & Android)
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban)
