• Lead business opportunity sessions with key stakeholders to determine new opportunities for CRM.
• Manage high velocity enhancement lifecycle (prioritization, assignment, development, promotion, and reporting).
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to assure integrity and performance of critical business systems.
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of CRM system experience.
• Experience leading a team of at least 2 direct reports
• Demonstrated SQL statement conception, creation and comprehension skills
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server Management Studio, MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server
• Independently motivated, naturally intuitive and highly adaptable
• Collaborative with ability to balance multiple competing deadlines with a positive mindset
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
