We seek people who deliver:
• Proactive communication and partnership with retail customers, internal business partners and customer service leadership
• Effective solutions to management of order throughout entire lifecycle, proactively monitoring and adjusting orders to maintain accurate, complete and on-time shipments from receipt of PO or contract to warehouse shipping and invoicing
• Exceptional communication of actionable information in a timely manner, providing follow up and problem resolution professionally
• Excellent collaboration with customers, account executives, supply chain and other departments regarding order status and problem resolution
• Results-oriented work ethic, committed to supporting high-performing, cross-functional teams
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational or professional experience
• 2-3 years customer service or retail experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and projects
• Excellent problem solving, planning and communication skills
• Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of SAP enterprise application software preferred
