We seek someone who’s self-driven, collaborative and passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience to join our Allen Edmonds team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact between customers, production teams and Allen Edmonds retail stores for recrafting and refinishing orders
• Ensure accuracy of customer information and production requirements and provide timely communication to customers regarding recrafting process, price and delivery
• Manage calls and emails from customers, dealers and retail stores, efficiently answering questions and expediting resolution of problems
• Create and distribute reports, tracking shoes received and evaluation status
Qualifications & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic math
• Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office preferred
