We seek people who:
• Assist in technical design and CAD development, supporting the brand essence through sketching & inking ability, digital design and strong understanding of brand position
• Ensure style and trend research is incorporated into product designs
• Promote and support innovation and creativity, balancing evolution of the brand with fiscal responsibility to the business
• Assist in the creation and detailing of product lines and spec creation
• Ensure design and development processes are clear, effective and meet milestone dates
• Promote speed-to-market, while ensuring quality, accurate and detailed work
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design or related field or equivalent work experience
• 2 years’ product design experience in footwear, accessories, fashion or related industry
• Strong CAD, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skills required
• Strong communication, project management & planning skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
