We seek people who:
• Develop and support automated reports, queries and data analysis
• Act as liaison between Operations team and corporate IT resources in St. Louis to cooperatively identify, track, analyze and troubleshoot issues
• Actively communicate with internal Operations team, sharing knowledge and expertise, and modifying processes and procedures to improve workflow
• Provide a high level of customer service and meet client needs by resolving issues timely and accurately, listening to client feedback to improve services
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 2-3 years experience working in a team-oriented data processing environment
• Experience with Intel-based and AS400-based IBM servers and operating environments
• Ability to execute programming in SQL, AS/400, PkMS WMS & WCS software
• Skilled in translating complex data into understandable and actionable information
