We seek an experienced developer with a drive for implementing new technologies to support business-critical applications to join our IT team.

We seek people who deliver:
• Development of batch programs and web applications through participation in all aspects of application development – from analysis, design and programming through testing and deployment
• Continual research of new application development technologies as they are adopted (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Maven, SQL, Java 8), maintaining a thorough knowledge of current industry technologies
• Timely completion of all coding, testing, debugging, documentation and installation of new applications and programs within company standards
• Development, execution and continual improvement of quality assurance through unit and regression testing
• Partnership with business units to determine project requirements, ensuring deadlines are met and governance process is accurately followed
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 2-7 years related development experience
• High sense of urgency in supporting business-critical applications
• Understanding of information systems integration within the retail business
• Ability to provide on-call support for critical system issues (approximate 5-week rotation)
