• Effective communication with the Help Desk and internal customers regarding system status, work requests and problem impact
• Development of practical action plans through the identification, tracking and analysis known issues and applied resolutions
• High level of quality assurance, ensuring all system hardware, software and websites operate at peak performance
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems
• 0-2 years experience in field or related area
