We’re seeking someone who’s confident and dedicated with an eye for detail and desire to grow a career in merchandising, planning, or design in the footwear industry to join our Allen Edmonds team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the coordination and accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing sample distribution and shipping to sales force, customers and shoe shows
• Maintains the storage of current stock samples, advertising samples, and confirmation samples ensuring that they well organized and can be easily retrieved
• Owns all AD, Promo, Photo, Marketing, and Department sample requests and tracking
• Delivers thorough communication to all partners regarding samples, scheduling needs, tracking, and delivery dates
Qualifications & Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent; Design degree preferred
• Experience in an administrative position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong partnering skills; problem solving and analytical skills
• Adobe InDesign and/or previous experience with a PLM system preferred
