We seek people who:
• Analyze brand metrics, trends, margin and profitability
• Assist in the development of forecast and budgets across all contemporary brands
• Forecast and budget for multiple selling divisions
• Oversee the multi-year business plan and annual operating budget, including relevant and critical analysis and documentation of major variances
• Partner with senior leadership to proactively recommend process improvements to sales and margin forecasting, customer profitability, inventory planning and balance sheet modeling
• Manage operational reporting, including customer and product margins, ensuring accuracy for operating division and financial management review
• Provide sound, accurate, timely and relevant analysis, implementing industry best practices and procedures
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
• 4+ years financial analysis experience; multi-division operations preferred
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication, collaboration and partnering skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• SAP/BPC or related systems experience preferred
• BI experience preferred
