• Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic insight, increased accountability and improved financial results for the Allen Edmonds brand
• Identify new opportunities and continuously improve financial metrics to provide a basis for accurate, reliable short- and long-term business plans
• Deliver consistent, accurate and timely reporting and analysis of key financial data to drive business results
• Ensure company assets are protected and provide optimal financial return
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business (MBA or CPA) preferred
• 7-10 years’ experience in accounting or financial planning & analysis
• 3-5 years’ experience leading a team of analysts
• Retail experience preferred
• Highly motivated & innovative problem-solver
