We seek an experienced web or email asset designer who’s passionate about developing on-brand, market relevant creative content to join our Allen Edmonds Marketing team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create compelling digital design assets for web, email, and social media as part of a fast-paced team environment
• Develop and implement design assets based on customer feedback and market research
• Use best-in-class digital design principles (color theory, space, shape, alignment etc.)
• Create on-brand solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to execute a cohesive brand story
• Participate in brand strategy meetings and prepare supporting materials
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related field
• 5+ years of digital media (web and/or email) experience required, preferably in fashion
• Proficient in visual design principles and process, including typography, iconography, composition, color & layout
• Experience analyzing and implementing designs based on customer experience/usability
• Possesses a strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual and creative thinking to translate into on-brand assets relevant to current target market needs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize projects and deadlines
• Highly collaborative, excelling in a team environment
• Interested in the latest fashion & footwear trends
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator (iMac)
