What We Do – Accountabilities
• Assures accurate and timely execution of sample requests, developing a process for coordination between the marketing planning team, buying representatives and creative teams
• Assures accurate and timely execution of promotional codes to support the marketing planning and rewards teams
Essential Functions
• Aligned with the seasonal planning calendar, submits, tracks and manages the sample request forms and submission across creative needs through the season
• Manages communications between merchants and marketing, ensuring a seamless thread and constant visibility to sample status based on marketing projects and vendor needs
• Prioritizes sample deliveries based on marketing projects and timelines
• Coordinates deliveries with the mail room to seamlessly facilitate deliveries to photo shoots, etc.
• Develops the promotional codes for Famous general market and rewards members to utilize based on the approved seasonal calendar
• Communicates effectively with all creative teams, delivering accurate and precise codes
• Tests and evaluates the efficacy of codes created, while also ensuring cross-departmental teams are testing and confirming accuracy of codes
• Consistently partners with channel leads to ensure each team has the promotional codes needed based on the campaign projects.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
• College degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong partnering skills
• Microsoft Office Products, with an emphasis in Excel
