We seek people who:
• Create and detail product lines, marrying trend, brand and merchandising requirements for each season
• Identify current and future trends by partnering with outside design services, attending shows and shopping major markets domestically and internationally
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring a consistent look, feel and strategy into brand consumer stories
• Participate in line planning and product calendar creation, ensuring efficiency and speed-to-market while maximizing continuous merchandising opportunities
• Provide support and design direction for associate designers
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
• 8+ years design and brand-building experience in footwear or fashion
• Strong sketching ability
• Experience leading teams through the design process, while inspiring creativity and innovation
• Ability to provide strong attention to detail and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop preferred
• CAD experience preferred
