We seek people who:
• Greet all distribution center vendors and visitors, ensuring appropriate identification
• Act as liaison to corporate Payroll, HR Services and Talent Administration teams
• Manage onboarding process by scheduling interviews, administering new hire paperwork, creating employee badges and coordinating benefit enrollment, ensuring a seamless talent selection process
• Oversee staffing agency processes, including processing invoices, scheduling interviews and maintaining agency turnover reports
• Act as point of contact for on-site trainings, benefit fairs and external vendor visits
• Process and distribute incoming mail, maintain supply inventory and place replenishment orders as needed
We seek people with these qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Administrative assistant experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and skilled in handling multiple tasks & deadlines
• Strong commitment to confidentiality & compliance
• Exceptional communication & conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
