We seek an analytical leader passionate about designing innovative security solutions to join our IT team. In this critical leadership role, you’ll establish and oversee our company’s cybersecurity vision, strategy, architecture and programs to effectively manage risk for our business.

• Provide strategic thinking, direction and planning to create and execute strategies to continuously improve and evolve cybersecurity for our company
• Develop and oversee Caleres’ information security program and related policies, standards, guidelines, infrastructure and capabilities
• Create and manage a comprehensive technical and operational security roadmap aligned with key business objectives
• Effectively design and implement information security solutions to meet regulatory requirements and align with established security framework
• Ensure compliance with all enterprise security policies, processes and procedures
• Advise management of industry changes affecting information security, working proactively to help the organization implement appropriate changes
• Build upon our culture of security, fostering collaboration and partnerships among internal teams and managing organization-wide training on security awareness
• Identify, report on and manage to operational key performance indicators
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
• 7+ years related experience
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams
• Strong communication, documentation and organizational skills
• Collaborative, solutions-driven and passionate about partnering to implement new technologies
• Desire to continuously learn, tracking emerging trends in cybersecurity and recommending new opportunities to ensure continuous improvement
