We seek someone passionate about continued process improvement and operational efficiency to join our Store Support team. In this role, you’ll manage operational processes, budgeting and reporting to drive efficiencies and support strategic business direction, enabling our associates to focus on interacting with customers and selling shoes.

We seek people who:
• Lead the identification, prioritization and definition of retail system and process opportunities to improve overall efficiency and execution
• Partner with each brand’s leadership to develop weekly by-store sales and payroll budgets
• Proactively monitor payroll budgets and provide accurate and timely monthly forecasts, identifying opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high levels of customer service
• Develop reporting to assist field leadership in effectively monitoring their business, analyze data to evaluate the success of store initiatives, identify trends and provide insights on opportunities to drive business
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination education and experience
• 5+ years retail operations experience
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and developing strong partnerships across multiple teams & levels
• Experience in mastering technical systems, reporting & financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas & pivot tables
• Working knowledge of SAP & IBM iSeries a plus
