We seek someone who’s analytical, collaborative and passionate about SEO to join our Famous Footwear eCommerce team. In this important role, you’ll be responsible for the continuous improvement of SEO capabilities to increase Famous Footwear website traffic, raise brand awareness and ultimately drive revenue for our business.

We seek people who:
• Develop, implement and continuously improve SEO capabilities, increasing famous.com visibility across search engines to drive incremental revenue, traffic and conversion
• Create and interpret weekly performance reports evaluating the effectiveness of overall SEO strategy
• Manage keyword discovery, selection and tracking for the Famous brand, providing consistent and relevant keyword recommendations to Marketing & Merchandising teams
• Remain current with industry development in organic search, web analytics and conversion analysis
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Analytics or related field
• 5+ years SEO analytics & e-commerce experience
• Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices including canonicalization, client & server redirects, pagination, crawl budget & XML sitemaps
• Experience in seoClarity, SEMrush or BrightEdge required
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms
• Proficient in HTML & search engine algorithms
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical audiences
• Passionate about research, problem-solving and collaborating with cross-functional teams
