We seek a highly motivated and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Executive Leadership Team.

• Deliver exceptional, high-level executive support to Executive Leadership, confidently and professionally representing the organization.
• Manage all aspects of their professional role with the highest level of confidentiality and respect.
• Maintain a constantly-changing schedule, including arranging meetings and coordinating travel, while seamlessly adjusting priorities and communicating changes.
• Provide dedicated support beyond a typical administrative role, taking ownership for doing whatever it takes to support our Executives, while managing and executing any task to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Develop effective presentations, distribute detailed agendas and create correspondence on behalf of Executive Leadership.
• Are exceptional team players.
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous Executive Level (C-Suite) support experience required
• Quick-thinking and resourceful with a can-do attitude
• Excellent ability to plan ahead and anticipate needs
• Highly detail-oriented and skilled at prioritizing competing demands
• Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable, able to quickly execute and provide self-direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skill developing effective PowerPoint presentations
