• Proactive communication and partnership with retail customers, internal business partners and customer service leadership
• Effective solutions to order and shipping issues, communicating exceptions and continually enhancing productivity and quality of service
• Exceptional customer service and timely problem resolution on assigned accounts
• Effective communication of actionable data to leadership and Demand Planning teams, providing thorough follow-up and problem resolution
• Results-oriented work ethic, committed to supporting high-performing, cross-functional teams
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational or professional experience
• Extensive customer service or retail experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and projects
• Excellent problem solving, planning and communication skills
• Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of SAP enterprise application software preferred
