We seek a strategic procurement leader passionate about ensuring strong customer satisfaction while driving operational performance and cost savings to join our Finance team.

We seek people who:
• Assist in developing a centrally-governed procurement structure and functionality
• Develop category-level long-term strategic plans tied to business- and company-level plans
• Understand market trends and identify proper supplier expertise required to deliver plans
• Categorize spend, measuring against quality, service, risk and cost
• Evaluate and improve procurement processes, procedures and governance, ensuring continuous improvement and cost savings
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred
• 7-10 years procurement experience
• Experience developing and leading high-performing teams
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to visualize, articulate and solve complex problems and concepts
• Demonstrated experience developing strategies across multiple categories including IT, marketing and logistics spend
