We seek people who:
• Assures that UX/UI designs for Famous.com and the Famous Footwear app solve customer and business problems that meaningfully contribute to making Famous Footwear the favorite place to shop for shoes
• Upholds the integrity of Famous brand guidelines in the optimization of site and app functionality/experiences while utilizing data, research and best practices
• Assures cross-functional collaboration working with various teams to constantly improve the usability experience of Famous’ digital products, from the early stages of business strategy and user research, to visual design and front-end implementation
We seek people with these qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience of design in consumer-facing ecommerce organizations, preferably in retail, consumer goods or technology
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in digital design discipline including: interaction design, UX/UI design, or web design
• Experience and strong understanding of core tools and web technologies, platforms and systems, apps, and in-store experiences
• Proven track record of collaboration, partnership and flexibility in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
• Experience with Adobe Cloud Suite of tools. Familiarity with UX programs such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar
• Familiarity working in agile or lean workflows
