We seek a driven team leader with experience managing an automated distribution center to join our team in Chino, California.

We seek people who:
• Lead, train, develop and mentor associates, promoting continual improvement of team and processes in an automated distribution center environment
• Support facility operating budget and key project initiatives, ensuring implementation of best practices
• Design and execute tactical operating efficiencies to forecast product flow and adjust staffing to minimize down time
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment with year-over-year safety improvements
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years supervisory experience in an automated distribution center
• Demonstrated experience managing teams
• Available to work second shift Monday through Friday (3 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)
