Responsibilities Include: Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction • Meet daily production levels as determined by restaurant management. • Finish all products to level that ensures guest satisfaction. • Ensure Brand production standards and systems are executed on their shift. • Transition to crew position when production levels are complete for day. • Deliver on our “Guest First Commitment”. Team Environment • Promote a team environment through respect and recognition. • Support the training of other crew members. • Hold themselves and team accountable for responsibilities on their shift. • Adhere to all safety standards to protect self and others from injury. • Perform other work duties as assigned, to assist fellow team members. Profitability • Minimize product waste and throw aways by monitoring temperatures and cooking times. • Follow processes to control food costs on their shift. • Complete production worksheets and related checklists. • Ensure the safety and security of team and guests through a focus on food safety and sanitation.
