If you are experiencing difficulties with the assessment, you may want to try changing internet browsers. Most windows users use Internet Explorer by default. You may choose to try a different browser such as Firefox to complete your assessment. If you do not currently have another browser installed, you will need to locate the browser’s website and follow their directions on how to install their program. Once the new browser is installed, find its icon on your desktop. Double click the icon to open your new browser window. Most browsers will prompt you to use their browser as the “default browser”. If you do not wish to use this new browser as your default browser, select “no”. If you were sent an invite link through your e-mail, you will need to copy and paste the link to the address bar of the new browser you have opened.
Certain versions of the AOL Browser do not work with our system. If you are experiencing problems with your AOL Browser, make sure you remain logged in to your AOL service while following these directions. Internet Explorer comes with windows and should already be installed on your system.
Starting Internet Explorer from your Desktop
Locate the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop. If you do not have an Internet Explorer icon on your desktop, please follow the directions below on starting Internet Explorer from the Start Menu.

Locate the “Start Menu” on your computer and click on it. Next, select “All Programs” to display a list of your computer’s software. Find “Internet Explorer” on the list of programs that appears and click on it.
If you were sent an invite link through your e-mail, you will need to copy and paste the link to the address bar of your Internet Explorer browser.
