Pennrose Management is excited to be hiring for a Marketing Intern for our Support Center in Philadelphia, PA.
This position is responsible for providing administrative and project support to all functional areas of the Marketing Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, on line promotions, etc.
• Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of marketing materials
• Monitors and tracks marketing sources for an assigned portfolio
• Assists with branding and redevelopment efforts of Company website
• Contributes to the design and execution of quarterly newsletter
• Initiates an analysis of marketing data per request
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing materials both on and offline
• Prepare presentations
• Open and sort mail
• Provide support to social media efforts
• Maintain tracking report of public relations/marketing activity
• Research and support property outreach
Required Education and Experience:
• Full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university
• Marketing/Communications related major required
* Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
* Junior or Senior standing only
* Prior internship experience preferred
