Registered Nurse (RN)
What we’re looking for in you
• Outstanding customer service, acting as an advocate to our patients
• MN licensed RN with regular renewal is required.
• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in at least one critical care setting: ED, ICU, and/or PACU
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• ACLS, PALS or ENPC within 3-6 months, TNCC within 9 months
• Specialty certification in related areas preferred (CCRN, CEN, etc.)
• Availability to work 0.75 FTE, 60 hours per pay period, night shift, 12 hour shift from 7 pm to 7 am and every third weekend.

Excellent communication skills, demonstrated flexibility with the ability and willingness to change direction on short notice. Ability to promote professional nursing practice across nursing units/subspecialties. Strong work ethic and ability to function independently with minimal supervision. Displays appropriate priority setting and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated commitment to learn, grow and share knowledge.
The purpose of the Registered Nurse (RN) role
As a CCRT Registered Nurse (RN) you will manage and provide direct and indirect nursing care. You are responsible for direction and supervision of ancillary personnel assigned to patients. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Critical Resource Team, you will float between both MICU and the Emergency Department.
