Pennrose is an industry leader in the development and management of Affordable Hosuing. We are excited to be recruiting for a Leasing Agent for our Hopes Crossing property located in Toms River, NJ.

This position is responsible for providing administrative and leasing support for assigned property. Establishes inviting atmosphere for prospective residents and guests, and provides superlative customer service to current residents. Maintains knowledge of Company’s policies and procedures, as well as applicable housing laws and regulations.

Incumbents must have a High School Diploma/GED and one year of experience in multi-family property management preferred.
