Pennrose is an industry leader in the development and management of Affordable Housing. We asre excited to be hiring for a remote Compliance Auditor position for our Property Support Center located in Philadelphia, PA. be a remote position.
This position will be responsible for:
•Reviewing and approving all move in and recertification files for compliance with the specified housing program
•Providing guidance and training to employees who prepare these files to minimize errors in compliance and to eliminate deficiencies
•Prepare and submit on a timely basis all reports required for investors, state housing agencies and HUD
•Update database to maintain updates to income limits, utility allowances and maximum rents
•Be a subject matter expert to Property Managers, Regional Property Managers and Vice Presidents with compliance related issues that require consistent guidance
•Develop a relationship with State Agencies (HUD, investors, etc.)
•Conduct on site file audits for compliance and training purposes
Requirements
•Extensive knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit program and HUD programs including Public Housing, HOME and Section 8 as well as other assistance programs
•3 years experience in property management compliance
•Experience using Yardi, MS Outlook, Word and Excel
•Require a valid driver's license, insured vehicle and the ability to travel
